Finding a hotel
Due to the proximity of the European Parliament, European Commission, business district and a multitude of public administrations, there is a great multitude of hotels around the conference venue.
Because the conference venue is located close to Brussels north station and several metro stations, the conference is also accessible from hotels or hostels further away from the conference venue. Attention : the metro and railway systems close for the night.
Attention: a major event - unknown to us at the time of choosing the conference date and venue - is taking place in Brussels on July 1st and 2nd : BTS concert, which is causing higher prices and a shortage of available accommodation in the city.
Our university is located at a 10 minutes walk from Brussels North Station, and 15 minutes walk form Brussels Central Sation.
Below is a list of nearby cities where it is also possible to look for accommodation close to the train station. The cities mentioned are served by several trains per hour, and the journey is direct.
